Article 85(4) of the Penal Enforcement Code: Convicts have the right to receive money transfers from close relatives and other persons, as well as to send money transfers to close relatives and other persons. To receive money from persons who are not close relatives of a convict, or to send money transfers to such persons is possible only with the permission of the administration of the penitentiary institution.

We are a non-profit initiative that supports political prisoners in Belarus. Our help consists of direct assistance to inmates through sending packages, newspaper and magazine subscriptions, and transfers of funds to personal accounts of political prisoners.
We also circulate all relevant information about prisoners, their location, and their condition on social media and through real-life events (solidarity get-togethers, concerts, educational events).
